Next up, let’s spill the beans about some of the embarrassing — but funny-in-retrospect — cultural faux pas we’ve made during our travels. The best story I have about a cultural faux pas is when my evil twin, Nick Steves, made the mistake of putting Parmesan cheese on spaghetti with clams in Rome. Fortunately, he was scuttled by three little members of Rome’s heroic food police.
