With this post, I wrap up my second big 2016 trip — two two-month European adventures filled with learning, experiences, life-long memories, and lots of fun. I’ll be bringing you a few more weeks of posts from Europe starting in mid-September, as I get back in the tour-guiding saddle and lead the granddaddy of all our tours: our Best of Europe in 21 Days itinerary (Amsterdam-Germany-Italy-Swiss Alps-Paris). I always enjoy you travel blog but especially this time since we have been in many of those places on you tours. Especially enjoyed the Sienna entries.
That Best of Europe look fantastic. Those are all my favorite places. I would not be able to do it all in one trip but we have been to pretty much all those places over a 14 year period.

Thanks for reminding me of our day trip to Sienna in 2008. Had a glorious meal on the Campo and would love to see the city after dark as you suggest….next. For now it’s off to the British Isles for us in 2 wks. We have watched all your videos and purchased guidebooks for our walking tours. You are great!
