Photos from Costa Rica

Photography is lots of fun in a place like Costa Rica. Here are a few photos that bring home some of the experiences and fun we had. (I’m still debating in my mind whether or not to share with you my surfing — which in Costa Rican dialect sounds a lot like “suffering” — experience…complete with photos.)

In a land where most traffic seems to be off-road and on foot, suspension bridges are a bouncy godsend.

  1. These news come just a couple of days after the earthquake in San Jose. Do you know if there’s anything left to see of the capital city? Or you just went to the countryside?

  2. Thanks for sharing the great photo’s! I really enjoyed them. Hopefully the earthquake will not hold back great traveling.

  3. Dear Steve, I enjoyed the pictures from your Costa Rica trip. I read about the earthwake. I am very sad with these news. Keep traveling and keep us informed. I watch TV Create, your show at 3:00 is magnificent. Marina

  4. Thanks for the pictures; I really enjoy when you share your entire family with us. We are off to Paris in April and I can’t wait to see the city again. I never tire of returning to France, that first morning going out for croissants and juice or hot chocolate, walking through the marche and buying the fresh fruits, vegetables, pate, bread, and cheeses. We are still trying to plan on your Berlin, Prague, and Vienna trip later in the year, but have to make sure we can afford it. Thanks again.

  5. Looks great! We are huge fans of yours. Just booked a trip to Costa Rica and would love your insight. I guess I’m asking you to work. Any great food in San Jose or on the way to Arenal? Thanks much & keep up the great work!
